
In this article I show how I designed and built a
two stroke engine from scratch. I started with a conceptual design,
mixed in a little research and engineering to get a nice set of prints.
After that I tossed in a large portion of elbow grease the net
product was a lovely little engine. In order to keep this from being a
horrendously long, boring, dull article that no one will read I will
skim quickly through concept, research and design and put my focus on
the actual building of the engine, as that is the most interesting
part. Nonetheless if you are easily bored, have
no interest in engineering, or just want to see how the thing was
built I suggest you skip to the build link. You can download the plans for it at the bottom of this page.
